2.- DRAWING WITH CAD

We will use QCAD to make clear and precise drawings with a computer.

1.       Using the tool polinea and absolute and relative coordinates of the previous year European system perform the following drawing.   

1) We draw the views with draw line for 2 points. Before we will have created a layer called the continuous line of thickness 0.6

 2) we create a new layer called the dimensions and limit the figure.

3) make the layer dimension is invisible.

4) select the view and transform them into isometric, doing the figure as shown in the following video. 

  

Now we are going to build a box with lettering using draw rectangle line and properly choosing the same corners. We then define another green coat and completing the box. Finally we define a last layer and limit.   

-In the last figure, you will have to use drawing tools and modification.

1) draw 2 circles of 10 radio separated a distance of 70 (centers)

 2) to 15 of their centers and separate 10 outlines 2 lines paraleas

3) below are drawn tangent.

 ((4) are rounded with angles of 60 °

5) to delete the part of the circles, one should begin

 6) outlines the internal diameter (radio 5) 10 circles

7) is finally refine defining a layer to do so.

1.-DRAWING

When you want to describe objects that have not yet been created, the words are insufficient. For this reason, graphic expression is so important in the technological world. Graphical expression simplifies the communication of some concepts related to the topology and geometry of objects. To draw you need paper, pencil and drawing instruments, among which the square, the bevel and the compass are highlighted. The passage of objects from 2 to 3 dimensions is called perspective. In order to universalize the graphic expression, standardized perspectives are used, among which the European system stands out. The European system represents the objects by means of an orthogonal projection in the planes of the space. Each projection is called A view. The most representative is the elevation, under it is represented the upper floor and to its right the left-hand profile of the objects. To express their dimensions are used the dimension lines that express the actual values of the objects in millimeters. The sketches of the objects are their representation in the European system by freehand and with their main dimensions. They can be set sketches or can be exploded. Both drawings are related by numbers called marks.

Represent this figures in European System. Taking in consideration the escale is 1:1, dimension them.

2.- WE NEED SOME ORGANIZATION

It is no the first time that you study Technology. You already Know that we make our project in the workshop. And it is very important a good organization and follow some rules. The most important rules are:

1.- Always keep the workshop tidy

2.- Always use the brush to clean shavings off your table

3.- Keep your workstation tidy

4.- Use tools properly

5.- Do not eat or drink

6.- Do not put your classmate in danger by running, playing or thowing tools

7.- If you have long hair, you should tie it back

8.- Do not interrupt classmates or walk in front of them while the are using any tool

9.-  Always try to economise material.

In the workshop we work in groups of 6 people and each of us has a role. The roles can be

Coodinator & the assintant:    must make sure that nobody is left with nothing to do

Secretary Keeps the project documents

Tools manager Make sure about the uses of the tools

Materials manager Take the project and write the materials that's group need

Cleaning manager: Make sure about cleaness and everything tidy

ACTIVITIES

1.- Create groups of 6 people and dedice the role of each person.

2.- Do a search on the Internet, analyze the information and chose what project you want to make.
The project must be using kits of robotic and it need also parts made with the 3D printer.
